Mr Radford is an internationally experienced CEO and Company Director with a track record of identifying and delivering profitable growth across a range of industries and geographies. He has direct experience in coordinating international teams, executing business turnarounds, product development and product launches, and operational initiatives to drive material growth in revenue and profits.
Most recently, he served as CEO of Australian medical device company AllVascular, which develops and sells patented drug delivery technology with regulatory approval in Europe (CE Mark) and Australia (TGA).
David has built his career through senior executive roles at blue-chip listed companies, ASX-listed small caps and private equity-owned businesses including Recall Asia (then part of Brambles Australia), General Electric and Nanosonics Limited (ASX:NAN). With experience across public capital markets, private companies and working directly with private equity investors, Mr Radford has a wealth of experience managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
David holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) from Bristol Polytechnic and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ms Byrne has extensive domestic and international experience in operations, projects, and supply chain management across multiple industries including aerospace, defence, electronics manufacturing and resources, with a proven track record of growing and developing teams to facilitate the development and introduction of new products and capabilities.
Her experience includes five years at Boeing introducing new products and capabilities in roles such as Operations Manager of the global Phantom Works division responsible for the rapid prototyping and development of advanced technologies. More recently Katrina worked with Airbus Australia Pacific (AAP) as Program Manager, Commercial Operations & Offers. Katrina was a past Board Member of Women in Aviation International, Australian Chapter. She holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering – Manufacturing & Materials (Hons) from the University of Queensland.
Ms Graser is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in emerging technologies and the energy sector. She has held senior roles, and has expertise in stakeholder engagement, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising programs. She is passionate about creating a better social and environmental future, and is committed to promoting sustainable development. Ms Graser has also been actively involved in promoting sustainable development and social responsibility within the organisations she has worked for.
Mr Steinhardt is a veteran of the diagnostic, life science and biotech sectors. Ian has over 30 years’ experience in managing organisations both in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe, with a proven track record in sales and marketing and subsequent revenue growth across diagnostic and life science product portfolios. Ian has worked in sales and marketing roles for Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur and most recently as Enterprise Account Manager for Abbott Diagnostics in Australia.
Manuel has a passion for innovation and international collaborations, with areas of technical expertise that include batteries, materials science and nanotechnology. Working in the lithium ion battery industry, Manuel has gained extensive experience in lithium ion battery R&D and technology commercialisation while being instrumental in taking technology from lab scale to pilot production ready.
As Head of Energy Division at AnteoTech his work is focused on enabling high silicon content anodes using Anteo’s nano-film binder technology.
With a Master of Engineering in Materials and a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship, Manuel is skilled at leading technology development as well as commercialisation activities and has participated in several successful substantial capital raises.
Ms Lian is an experienced sales and marketing leader with extensive local and international experience, having worked for Blue Chip companies, including General Electric, ResMed and Toll Group, where she has been responsible for driving growth and profitability within the business units.
As a qualified pharmacist, Ms Lian has a proven track record in commercialisation, translating technology and ideas into new products and services, building strategic partnerships and commercial models within multiple industry sectors with a focus upon the delivery of profitable revenue growth. This experience will bring a new focus upon the Life Sciences and Clean Energy Technology businesses as the Company moves to accelerate the commercialisation of its products and services.
Ms Lian holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and a BSc (Hons) Pharmacy from the UK.
