Qualification

We undertake an initial customer engagement and qualification to understand the customer’s needs and requirements and develop a scope of work and project plan.

Feasibility

From there, we collaborate with the customer to create a Proof of Concept. This allows us to evaluate the feasibility of the project and determine whether to move forward.

Design & development

Once the project has been assessed for feasibility, we begin the design and development phase. This includes design inputs, assay development and integration with the platform, design outputs and validation.

Manufacturing transfer

Finally, we move to the manufacturing transfer phase of the project. In this phase, we transfer manufacturing to the client’s site or the contract manufacturer.
