AnteoTech Ltd 2024 SPP

The Offers are not open to the general public.

Offer Close Extended to Friday 10 May 2024.

The SPP provides each Eligible Shareholder with the opportunity to apply for up to $50,000 worth of new shares at the same issue price as the placement announced on 8 April 2024, being $0.025 (2.5 cents), per New Share.

The Company intends to raise an additional $1.0 million with the ability to accept oversubscriptions. The SPP is offered under a Prospectus, enabling shareholders to apply up to a $50,000 limit per holding, rather than a maximum of $30,000 as is usually the case, and whether or not you participated in the Company’s prior SPP in August 2023.
